Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ld88 website at ld88.im, including all sub-pages, features, game lobbies, betting interfaces, and payment portals accessible through that domain or any associated application.
• "Account" means a registered player account created in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms, through which a player accesses the Platform's services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds as separately accounted.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds on any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit amount granted by ld88 to a Player under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process that ld88 may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawals or high-value transactions.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all Platform operations, offer expiry times, and event scheduling.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Section 14) constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other Platform document, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflicting document expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to the ld88 Platform and all associated services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ld88 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered Players. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are registering and using the Platform as an individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of ld88, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless ld88 has provided specific written consent to that effect.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using the Platform in your location before registering.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the ld88 Platform. Operating multiple accounts is expressly prohibited under these Terms.

Account Registration

To access the full suite of services on ld88, Players must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and preferred payment method information.

Account Information Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. ld88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice and forfeiture of any Account Balance.

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. If ld88 identifies that a Player is operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any winnings, bonuses, or balance held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated at ld88's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. ld88 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any suspected compromise of your Account credentials must be reported immediately to [email protected]. ld88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain appropriate security over their Account credentials.

Deposits & Payment Methods

ld88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ld88 is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your Account. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.

Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account balance. ld88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, banking institution, or mobile network operator.

Currency

All transactions on the ld88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and are not included in the withdrawable balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon reaching cumulative withdrawal thresholds determined at ld88's discretion, ld88 may require the Player to complete a KYC verification process. This process involves the submission of valid government-issued photographic identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and may include proof of address and payment method ownership. ld88 will not process withdrawal requests for Accounts that have not completed required KYC verification. Verification documents must be submitted in a legible format and should clearly display all relevant information.

Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent or primary deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. ld88 reserves the right to request additional documentation if a withdrawal is flagged for review under our internal compliance procedures.

Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically reviewed and processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. ld88 is not responsible for additional delays introduced by payment providers or banking institutions after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Players should consolidate available balances where necessary to meet the minimum withdrawal requirement.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ld88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to registered Players. Each promotional offer is governed by specific terms set out at the time the offer is communicated, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to any bonus will be stated clearly at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonus Abuse

ld88 maintains the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or systematically hedged bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or any coordinated activity involving multiple players for the purpose of extracting promotional value. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Account suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

Offer Availability

Promotional offers on ld88 may be time-limited, subject to stock or allocation caps, or restricted to specific payment methods, game categories, or player segments. ld88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The availability of an offer to one Player does not create an entitlement for any other Player to claim the same offer.

Betting Rules and Game Rules

All sports bets, casino game rounds, dice game rounds, tower game rounds, and slot spins placed on the ld88 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each market, event, or game title. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any Wager. Ignorance of game or betting rules is not accepted as grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled Wager.

Void Bets

A sports bet may be declared void, and the original stake returned to the Player's Account, in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum required play is completed; the event is postponed beyond a time frame specified in the applicable sport rules; a technical error on the Platform results in an incorrect price being offered; or ld88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bet was accepted as a result of an obvious or palpable error in the odds display.

Maximum Winnings

ld88 applies maximum payout limits to individual sports bets, single game rounds, and cumulative daily winnings. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting or game interface and are subject to change at ld88's discretion. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit, and the excess will not be credited to the Player's Account.

Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on ld88, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to the official rulings of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) in respect of match results, player eligibility, and any other matters affecting the settlement of markets. ld88 will settle cricket markets in accordance with the official result at the conclusion of the relevant match or event, subject to the void bet provisions above.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the ld88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Balance held in the Account:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or any Platform restriction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human method to place Wagers, navigate the Platform, or interact with game systems.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, latency advantages, or any other technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated play intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or game offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Charging back or disputing any legitimate transaction with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with ld88 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent Account closure and legal action where appropriate.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account, or attempting to interfere with the Platform's security infrastructure, servers, or data.

Account Suspension and Closure

ld88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• ld88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct involving the Account.
• The Player fails to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated time frame following a request from ld88.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under ld88's Responsible Gaming policy.
• ld88 is required to close the Account pursuant to a legal order, regulatory instruction, or internal compliance determination.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where ld88 determines that the breach did not involve fraud or criminal conduct, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any bonus-derived winnings that are subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time. Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ld88, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game displays, or account balance displays that are promptly corrected upon identification.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from your breach of these Terms.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or network operators that affect the delivery of Platform services.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ld88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ld88 Platform, including but not limited to software code, databases, user interface design, graphical elements, game assets, text content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of ld88 or is used by ld88 under valid licence from third-party intellectual property owners including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content or software.

Any unauthorised use of ld88's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. Requests to use ld88 brand assets for any legitimate non-personal purpose must be submitted in writing to [email protected] for written approval prior to any use.

Privacy and Data Protection

ld88's collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

ld88 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is limited to the information strictly necessary to process your transactions.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ld88, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. Amendments to These Terms

ld88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ld88 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players, which may include a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, a notification within the Player's Account dashboard, or a direct communication to the registered contact details associated with the Account.

Any amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at /terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
